7th on the Gran Risa!

It's getting better and better! I've found a nice setup that gave me more confidence to let go and that made a difference. Yesterday the Gran Risa was extremely icy and my serviceguru Ali prepared great skis for me! My runs yesterday were okay, I had some parts that felt strong and some that didn't go really as planned but I found a nice dynamic to my racing and that I'm happy for! Now it's nice to take a small Christmas break.. :)

Many asked if this was a scream of joy or not, but it wasn't really. One of the best feelings is to ski into 1st place in the second run and I really wanted it. But after a few minutes the feeling got better.. :)

12/13 officially started!

Alright! First 'normal' race for this season done! 15th place in Beaver Creek was ok after all the problems this fall. I had two quite riskfree runs, no bigger mistakes like I normally do and now I'll train to increase my 'mistakeless' speed for the next races so I can press on more without making stupid mistakes!

Flew back to this side of the World on Monday and I'm fighting the jetlag for a few days in Zürich! I'm happy today because I'm picking up my girlfriend later on at the airport, she's joining to Val'D'Isere! We're headed that way tomorrow... :)
