Last Monday I tested my muscle balance in my legs and hips in Kotka. It was a pretty cool test, felt a lot like the scene from Rocky 4 where they test Ivan Drago! Haha.. Anyway, I wanted to see how the balance is now that I'm in normal shape again after the crash. There's still some minor differences but they are better than we thought it would be. In this clip I test the power difference between my front thigh and back thigh.
I also managed to break the machine when they tested the power in my legs! :)
