Ah, damn. I was leading after a solid first run today here in Aspen! Just a little before Pinturault and a tenth before Hirscher. I wanted to win and it felt good (or as nice it can feel on a fast and turny course where you can't see the surface) in the second, until....
... I worked as a snowplow for 5m which isn't so super fast in my experience. But I was 5th so that's ok. Of course winning would have been nicer. That's racing though! Tomorrow's a new day of risk taking! Then to Beaver Creek.
